  1. There might be another issue down the road. According to some people in the mortgage business.. when applying for a loan in the future the banks might be asking if you have ever not paid a loan because of a forebeance agreement. If you answer that you did, your loan might be denied. So even though it's not being reported on your credit report there is some potential for problems down the line.

  2. What is the significance of saying that the Roshi Yeshiva did not "endorse" a psak halacha, other than to get people to ignore it?
First, if thehe doctors and askonim, who put their names on the line, are being accused of forging the poskims signatures, certainly in this case it would be correct accuse this "source" which is anonymous of making it up.
Second, their opinion of the halacha does negate the opinion of the poskim for whom we rely on all throughout the year for halacha issues. Since when do we ask our halacha questions to the R'H?

  3. Rumors are out there that the hospital in Philadelphia sent back a patient, because ‘you guys aren’t keeping the rules’.
Can it be confirmed? Can they not be censured for such talk?

  4. Because the Rabbonim only “forbade” the Minyanim because they were pressured by
    ..
It’s not a halachic issue , the issue is
“Is Lakewood’s first priority, food stores or Minyanim” . Imagine what a Kiddush Hashem if Lakewood shut down every single Grocery!! Everyone would get delivery !!
The streets would be completely empty!!
Everyone would Daven on their Porches !!
Zero Gasoline would be sold !!
    Aivah would end !!
Sadly the answer is now obvious.
Groceries are all full and Hashems name is nowhere to be seen .
Call Your Rov !! Beg him to rethink think this.
Ask Him where is he getting information from ?
    Offer to help him !
