  3. -Rav Noach Isaac Oelbaum shlita "Let me be clear if you go to shul you have a din of a sofek Rotzeach and have the din of a Rodeph"

    Rabbi Oelbaum:

Have you been to any grocery stores in town? I'm a food vendor and I'm in many Lakewood stores every day. The pesach aisles are jammed with shoppers without any of the 6 ft social distancing whatsoever. Do all these shoppers also have a din of a sofek Rotzeach and Rodeph?

Why the over-the-top hyperbole when it comes to our sacred institutions of Tefila B'tzibur, but all goes out the window when it comes to buying food?

    1. Have you noticed that the shul all closed on their own. Constitutionally the Government cannot shut them down.

    2. He probably meant someone who tested positive. Maybe. I don't know.

  4. So now Center of Town , with frantic lines around the block, is deemed "non-esential". And this after they took social distancing more serious than big box stores. How nice. And don't think these cynical authorities didn't notice how essential it really is. But of course now the whole crew of chilul hashem vigilantes will start urging everyone not to go anywhere near the store and how dangerous it is, and that your a rodef if you go.
