- US President Donald Trump on Thursday inaugurated his Board of Peace to lead efforts at maintaining a ceasefire in Israel’s war with the Hamas terror group, Hamas will probably meet its commitments, said Trump, but if it doesn’t  because “they were born with rifles in their hands” it will be destroyed.“They have to give up their weapons, and if they don’t, it’s going to be the end of them,” he said, claiming that “many countries have told me we want to go in and do it.” 

- Jared Kushner unveiled a Gaza plan calling for Hamas demilitarization, phased reconstruction with a seaport and airport, and economic development, offering amnesty or police integration to vetted Hamas members.

- Jared Kushner, says to Israelis criticizing Hamas terror sponsors like Qatar and Turkey and tells them to "calm down for 30 days" I believe the war is over. Let’s give this a chance and do our best to move forward."

- BDE: IDF reservist wounded in a Hamas attack in the southern Gaza Strip in October 2025 succumbed to his wounds overnight,  Asael Babad, 38,  from the  settlement of Bnei Adam he leaves behind a wife and 5 children, His death brings the total of 477 soldiers killed in the gaza ground war 

- Transportation Minister Miri Regev announced Wednesday that Israeli airlines are preparing to evacuate their entire fleet from Ben-Gurion Airport to prevent Iranian missile strikes. The five carriers - El Al, Arkia, Israir, Air Haifa, and Challenge - successfully executed a similar evacuation in June, relocating planes to Cyprus, Athens, Thailand, the US, and Europe.⁠

- The head of the technocrat committee set to rule Gaza announced Thursday that the Rafah border crossing between the Strip and Egypt will open next week in both directions, although Israel did not immediately confirm that would be the case. an Israeli official  maintained that the crossing would remain closed until the body of Ran Gvili, the last remaining hostage in Gaza, was returned to Israel.
