    1. Of course!
There was never a government rule that he didn't endorse. That's why he is persona non grata in the world of Choshen Mishpat.

    2. @9:01 he is extremely well respected. Period.

Some thugs who like to beat people don't like him.

    3. HaRav Shafran is a major-league talmid chochom and poseik. Be careful with how you speak about him. He is highly respected in all areas including Choshen Mishpat.

    4. HaRav Shafran Shlita is from the biggest poskim in Choshen Mishpat and is sought after to append his haskmah to sifrei halacha, and especially in Choshen Mishpat.

Afrah Lepumeih to any mechutzaf (developer or not) who denigrates our gedolei haposkim!

  5. The chavrusah tumalt & adieria Torah events are both kodesh kodashim, u don't understand because u r eather dressing by r shiyala, or bringing your ridiculous HUGE spiked shtriemel to your wife's shaitel macher to have the spikes jelled up, that is after you finish trimming your silly face beard in the mirror for an hour

  8. As of now, Rav Gershon Ribner will only be going there once every 4 weeks. His popular Chumash shiur will continue as usual in BMG the remaining 3 weeks of each month. Down the road this may change.

  10. Posek in EY saying that it's permitted for neighbors to oppose, even in court, land use applications which will cause overcrowding So apparently they couldn't find anyone in the US to give them a hetter so they had to find a posek in EY. When was the last time anyone relying on him in this area asked him a shaalo?

    1. Anon 8:03,
What a lame statement. The big Choshen Mishpat poskim are in Eretz Yisroel. In fact, when poskim in the USA aren't sure of the halacha or don't feel like their shoulders are big enough, they also reach out to the bigger poskim in Eretz Yisroel. Shaalos are directed there very frequently.

    2. Is that really what happened here? Poskim in the USA aren't sure of the halacha or don't feel like their shoulders are big enough so it was forwarded to Eretz Yisroel? Or were they bypassed to begin with in the effort to get a hetter?
