DeleteWhat a lame statement. The big Choshen Mishpat poskim are in Eretz Yisroel. In fact, when poskim in the USA aren't sure of the halacha or don't feel like their shoulders are big enough, they also reach out to the bigger poskim in Eretz Yisroel. Shaalos are directed there very frequently.
Is that really what happened here? Poskim in the USA aren't sure of the halacha or don't feel like their shoulders are big enough so it was forwarded to Eretz Yisroel? Or were they bypassed to begin with in the effort to get a hetter?
