  1. Israel lets recovered COVID patients in without immunization. Why does Governor Murphy refuse to recognize this to be as good as getting the vaccine, if not better?!

  2. "he rabim has no chiyuv to protect the yachad"
Are you out of your box

    1940 they decided against you
    a distinguished elder yachid
Is often more important than a younger rabim

    Besides
You must subscribe to Values awfully similar to a certain city more infamously known as
    sodom

Egla arufah must have passed you right by leaving you ignorant

which religion are you part of?

    Furthermore
How we show concern for those 2% or .2% of vulnerable so much is defining about how & what we are as society as a whole

    1. Your rant doesn't address the halacha, and the story of saving the elderly in the holocaust for future generations has no equivalent. Doing for society is again not a halachic basis, but a goyishe idea that has infiltrated our community. This is not a darchei shalom issue. This is not a sodom issue. Learn halacha. The chazon ish addressed this issue in regards to how far must the Israeli govt/Kupat Cholim go to fund a potential life saving procedure with a minimal chance of success.
But your rant and morals and societal issues are greater than the wisdom of the chazon ish.

  3. "rabim has no chiyuv to protect the yachad"- As with Migdal Bavel they sacrificed individuals for the public goal
THE whole Nezikin is protecting the Yochid from the Rabim. Tiny sample: Derech Harabim - we paskin "Listim shekimoscha kavshu'ah"
If you were attemping to prove how so much of Lakewood these days are just under their black hats and yeshivishe frumkeiten are centrist/modern in hashkafa who cherry pick a source or two to fit whatever sinister agenda - you've done a good job at it

Interestingly your ilk are the same guys who on a dime will spin around and shout 'rights of the individual; human rights; rights of minority' and demand lawsuits

Go ahead. Be first. Why are we sacrificing so much of communal funding for your private and family medical expenses etc?

How come when it comes to ruchniyus the same ilk are always so quick to farenfer in disguise how their yachid comes before the rabim

The Chazon Ish stated: some people are learned but are small mentschen and there are those who may have learned less but are greater mentschen

    1. Yet you didn't address the halachic point I made, and continued your attack, based on your supposed uber intelligence. Das torah means using only Torah sources for your reasoning.
