 - 10 new covid cases in Lakewood  totals 13985/312. That is 100 cases in the last 10 days 

-6:30 pm power still out for many
-5:20 pm Lights are back on for some but still out in Lakewood
4:30 pm Black out in Jackson and Lakewood border 1500 customers affected JCPL estimated restoration 7:30 pm. Power is out along Hope Chapel rd White street area

-  Canada requires all federal public servants as well as all air travelers, passengers on interprovincial trains, and large marine vessels to be vaccinated against COVID19 As soon as possible in the fall and no later than the end of October.

A total of 758 patients hospitalized Of those, 462 are in serious condition, that is the highest number since March. 96 patients in critical condition, including 75 on respirators. Among seriously ill patients, 37.6% are not vaccinated, compared to 59.5% who are fully vaccinated and 2.2% who received one dose of the vaccine. 12 deaths yesterday 87 died in the last week 129 since begining of August.(Israel National News)

That will mean the district currently represented by State Sen. Robert Singer (R-Lakewood) and Assemblymen Sean Kean (R-Wall) and Ned Thomson (R-Wall) will need to shed about 37,724 people when the Legislative Apportionment Commission draws new districts for the 2023 elections.   4. So it’s listed. Let me know when someone buys a duplex for 1.35 million. It’s ludicrous. One can easily still build a single 3400 sq ft home for way less than that.

    1. Sure you can build for way less than that, but not in that area of town. There aren’t any lots available. It’s “all about location”

    2. Besides the headache involved.... you can't build a new house for much less than that, in that area. The lot is at least $500,000 and a simple new construction single family house (with current inflationary pricing) is around $750k.
