Are people paying the asking prices for homes is the value if a duplex over a million
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have my kids vaccinated just to get a free back pack.
ReplyDeleteI am thrilled about the population growth, just asking how many new roads were built to accommodate?
ReplyDeleteSo it’s listed. Let me know when someone buys a duplex for 1.35 million. It’s ludicrous. One can easily still build a single 3400 sq ft home for way less than that.
ReplyDeleteSure you can build for way less than that, but not in that area of town. There aren’t any lots available. It’s “all about location”
DeleteBesides the headache involved.... you can't build a new house for much less than that, in that area. The lot is at least $500,000 and a simple new construction single family house (with current inflationary pricing) is around $750k.
