- Israel received the coffin of a fallen captive handed over to the IDF and Shin Bet forces inside the Gaza Strip. From there, it will be transferred to Israel and received in a military ceremony with the participation of the Chief Military Rabbi

-Tonight Hamas handed over the body of aa hostage to the red cross who will be transfered to the IDF

- Hamas informed the mediators that it is in the process of recovering 7-9 bodies of hostages whose locations Hams managed to identify in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

- Two years after Oct. 7, Israel declares end to emergency status in south

- IDF says it carried out a strike in the southern Gaza Strip earlier today against a group of Palestinian terror operatives who crossed the Yellow Line demarcating the military’s pullback in the Gaza Strip. The operatives “posed an immediate threat” to the troops, and upon being identified, they were targeted in a strike, the IDF says. Palestinian media reports that two people were killed in the strike.

- Israel has increased its strikes on Hezbollah in Lebanon. The strikes appear to have expanded as well, to include the Beka’a valley and other areas,

- King Abdullah of Jordan said in an interview with the BBC: "International forces will not want to enforce peace in Gaza. If we have to patrol Gaza with weapons and conduct tours, this is not a situation any country would want to be involved in"

- National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir calls opposition lawmakers “Hamas spokespeople” during a stormy Knesset meeting, after they lambast him for bragging about harsh conditions imposed on Palestinian security prisoners, which reportedly led to increased abuse of hostages held in Gaza.

Former hostage Bar Kuperstein, who was released from captivity on October 13 as part of the ceasefire and hostage release deal between Israel and Hamas, said his Hamas captors beat him so severely he couldn’t walk for a month as an “eye for an eye” reaction to National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir’s treatment of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.


- Israel Foreign Minister Sa'ar: The Palestinian Authority continues to pay terrorists - including those released in the Trump plan. It has only changed the method of payment (through the Palestinian postal service).
