Don’t Be a Fool
ReplyDeleteFor years, the Vaad and other powerful figures have taken advantage of the Lakewood Orthodox voting bloc for their own benefit. It’s time to change that.
Reach out directly to the elected officials not through the Vaad or its representatives and make it clear that your vote is in spite of the establishment’s endorsements. Demand that officials engage directly with the community after the election, before distributing any public funding or grants through backroom arrangements.
Those in power must understand that they will be held accountable if they continue to serve the interests of a few well-connected individuals while ignoring the broader community of taxpayers.
It’s time to end this ongoing gneivas mammon the misappropriation of public funds that rightfully belong to the rabim and ensure that our resources are used for the benefit of all, not the privileged few.
Also, Don’t be fooled by the shiny, glossy flyers showing up at your door today!
ReplyDeleteThey’re not coming from your neighbors they’re from an unelected, anonymous vaad that’s been cashing in on their political connections.
Toss that paper in the nearest garbage can and vote for whoever you believe will actually fight for your interests and thr kehilas future.
There’s no achdus when unity is used as a weapon against you when it’s hijacked by a powerful few looking out only for themselves.
Stand up. Think for yourself. Vote your conscience
Who do you think you are? They are days torah.
DeleteThe gall the askonim have! They don't even feel the need to explain why they hand out tax abatements to friends without any justification
ReplyDeleteWho pays fir thise glossy flyers? There must be alot if $$ to be made
ReplyDeleteWho paid for those glossy flyers? It’s not me and you. It must be a lot of money to be made for somebody. Is it someone in the printing business by any chance? A longtime Vaad
ReplyDeletemember and “askin”?
Fool Me Once, Shame on You. Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me.
ReplyDeleteDon’t be bullied or fooled by paid-off media outlets and WhatsApp chats parroting the Vaad’s talking points while pretending to be independent. Many of them are on the take taking money or favors to push a particular narrative.
Instead of doing what real media should holding public officials accountable they’re covering for them, promoting their preferred candidates, and advancing their agenda without disclosing that they’ve been paid to do so.
It’s time to think for ourselves, question the sources of what we read and hear, and refuse to be manipulated by those who profit from our trust.
I heard a certain watssapp chat that gets paid לא יחרץ money just to keep quiet
DeleteWe are living in the most corrupt time with a frum media that lies and deceives its readership
And they do it with the we follow Daas Torah card..only when it suits them obviously
DeleteAnother shiny paper to throw in the trash
ReplyDeleteAll you need is a printing press...
ReplyDeleteSchnall is busy posting clips to let us know you have to vear to the right to vote for him. It's not a straight line. Well guess what? Maybe that's who we the people choose to vote for and it's not a mistake!!! You can't come thru with what we were promised (us the plain civilians not the honchos that'll ever your pockets)then why would we vote for you again?? Its time you smell the coffee....
ReplyDeleteDid he vote for pride month!??
DeleteDid he deliver school vouchers as promised?
Is he still promising school vouchers, or that discussion is over?
Is he voting for Trump vouchers, or tax rebates?
Are we voting for him just to give him a paycheck?
If yes could it be cheaper just to cut him the check?
I would like to hear answers B4 I cast my vote.
He didn't vote for Pride month if you do your research.
Deletehe voted for it then changed his vote
DeleteIt shows that he voted for it according to legislation
DeleteRegardless he for sure didn't vote against it which is disgusting and despicable for him to claim he represents the Lakewood Jewish community yet a simple No vote on shmutz he couldn't so.
Vote straight Republican in Lakewood and Howell.
ReplyDeletePart of Avi Schnalls voting record last 2 years. He can't even man up to apologize about the tuition relief that never came
ReplyDeleteWhy would anyone vote for him again?
He helped his handlers with nursing home relief.
He supported to’eva by refusing to vote against Pride Month in June, and once again backed that same immoral bill.
He introduced a bill allowing Chemed to take even more money from JerseyCare patients charging per item, per visit costing taxpayers millions.
He proposed a daycare bill that will add another $30 million in taxes, while middle-class Lakewood families continue paying outrageous amounts for daycare because of it.
He spoke about tuition relief just to get elected, even though there was never any realistic chance of it passing in New Jersey.
He remained silent while his Democrat friends in Trenton refused to condemn Hamas.
He stayed quiet about the corrupt local leadership in Lakewood who raised taxes and destroyed residents’ quality of life.
He did nothing while the LSTA took over busing charging high monthly fees while failing to provide proper service, leaving kids on buses for over an hour each way.
He voted to increase the gas tax.
He took credit for state funding and improvements that were already approved for Lakewood before he was even elected.
He took our Republican voting bloc and delivered it straight to the Democrats.
And let’s not forget his behavior during COVID: as head of Agudah of NJ, he worked to prevent yeshivos from reopening, while standing by Phil Murphy as he targeted the Lakewood Orthodox community.
So again why would anyone vote for him a second time?
Why did you vote for him the first time? I didn’t.
DeleteHe put out a video with Feder and deflected from the tuition issue he campaigned on last time, instead talking about tuition in the “big beautiful bill” something that had nothing to do with why he was elected to Trenton.
ReplyDeleteHe then took credit for state aid but failed to mention that the same aid was provided when Ned Thompson was the assemblyman. And let’s be honest that aid didn’t help Lakewood residents much, since the township still raised everyone’s taxes by $600–$800 a year. So what difference did it really make?
He also bragged about getting a grant for Hatzolah’s Howell division very nice, but that’s not what he was sent to the Assembly to do. Besides, Hatzolah has no issue getting donated ambulances.
Let’s have a real town hall meeting so we can question him directly, instead of being fed carefully manufactured, one-sided soundbites.
You have someone better to vote for?
DeleteYES
