A  horrific accident occurred early Sunday morning on the New Jersey Turnpike near the Delaware Memorial Bridge, when a drunk driver crashed into a vehicle carrying a group of  4 bochurim. Tragically the four bochurim were killed R"L three are from Lakewood, NJ d 1 boy from S. Fallsburg,NY according to reports. The bochurim aged 17-18 learned in a yeshiva in onsey and one bochur at a B"M in Lakewood.

NBC News report: 4 dead in crash on New Jersey Turnpike in Carneys Point Township, police say Parts of the New Jersey Turnpike south of Interchange 1 at the Delaware Memorial Bridge in Carneys Point Township, NJ, were closed Sunday morning due to a crash that, police said, killed four people.

Four people were killed in an early morning crash that happened along the New Jersey Turnpike in Carneys Point, in Salem County, on Sunday. 

Crews were working overnight in Carneys Point Township early Sunday after, officials said, a crash along the New Jersey Turnpike left four people dead.

According to police, at about 1 a.m., a crash occurred along the New Jersey Turnpike headed southbound, south of Exit 1, in Carneys Point Township.

Officials said two vehicles were involved in this crash and four people were killed. However, as of about 7 a.m. on Sunday, officials have not yet provided further information on how the crash occurred or the identities of those who were killed in this incident.

Another person, police said, was injured in the crash and has been hospitalized. Though, this individual's condition was not immediately provided by police.

Due to the crash, all lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike through that area were closed as of 7 a.m. on Sunday.
