ReplyDeleteSomething strange about the passaic letter. The letter is from the store itself. No letter was actually sent to community members and typically in passaic community leaders sign letters themselves.

DeleteGoing somewhere without an invitation is a breach of Derech Eretz.
This sounds like a PR stunt by the establishment themselves. If a new establishment downgrades the level of the community, they don't want to be seen that way. So, they enact a new irrelevant 'rule' so that everyone will perceive them as tzadikim
