ReplyDeleteHey. Don't be so stingy with your tax dollars. Who do you think you are anyway?
DeleteHow much money is Agudah of NJ getting paid to advertise the tuition grants it is on the billboards and weekly ads in all papers. How much funding did they get from the covid money
ReplyDelete- No stopping or standing on 14th street, rom Cedar Row westerly direction to Curtis Lane.
ReplyDeleteGood idea. One car there can back up traffic till who knows where, and cause accidents.
And when there is a Simcha in BNZ? fugedaboudit
Where will the simcha-goers park?
DeleteThe wise alders realized that there was a worthless piece of prime real estate at the intersection of Monmouth and 4th. So they sagaciously gifted it to a private developer for his personal gain. This wonderful fellow, seeking only the public good put up a strip mall. But being that he is so well connected and such a good friend of everyone important, of course he did not have to provide sufficient parking spaces. Due to their not being enough parking, he received approvals to add on to the existing building quite significantly, of course without adding any significant parking. So before you park be sure to check the sign which store your parking space is designated for. Because God forbid something be built with enough parking to serve its own customers and you dare shop at a neighbor in the same plaza.
ReplyDeleteWell said !!
DeleteWait... Did this wonderful shopping strip obtain a tax exemption??
DeleteYou’re 1000% correct. But it’s even worse than you know, because the township Ordinance and the LDC Resolution specifically require that entire area to be designated as “public parking.” It also stipulates that the developer must provide lighting and snow removal. So, most of those signs you refer to are in violation of the law and need to be removed, then thrown in the trash.
DeleteThe park that was torn down on 4th and Princeton to make room for the parking was suppose to be replaced on Vine street.
DeleteDid the developer get around to put a playground on the Vine street park?
If you post a link to the necessary ordinance, we can all benefit. We can park there when davening in Nadvorna. But we need the actual link to the ordinance, we can't trust an anonymous comment
