- Yeshivas Mir yerushalayim commemerated the zizaron of Habachur Yossi Kohn Z:L ben Reb Menachem ZTL who was nifter in the Miron tragedy. The yeshiva placed a plaque in the bais Menachem B"M in his memory describing how in his final moments he lifted up the weight on top of him to help free a younger boy who was saved from the bottom of the pile.
