Gedolei yisroel call for a world wide Yom Tefillah in responde to the Gezeiras Giyus, this Thursday Yom Kippur Koton erev Rosh chodesh Elul mukdam. In Eretz Yisroel, large-scale tefillah rallies are set to take place in cities throughout the country. The Badatz and several chasidishe courts are calling for a half day fast instructing their followers to be mekabel Taanis today at Mincha.
In America too the Moetzes gedolei haTorah are expected to release a kol koreh for yeshivos and communities to gather for tefilas Yom Kippur koton and Tehillim.
Why would hamodia join? They are Agudah, manly Ger, all who are tzionim and DO GO TO THE ARMY!? LOL
