- A fatal single-vehicle crash in Lakewood early this morning left one dead and another seriously injured. The car went airborne, overturning deep in a wooded area, remaining undetected for nearly an hour. Police were alerted by a truck driver who saw downed wires and a fallen utility pole on Cedarbridge Avenue near the Garden State Parkway. The passenger died on scene and the driver was taken to Jersey shore hospital. Police are investigating.

- NJ dem gov internal poll shows Sherrill leading Baraka, 20.7% to 16.5%, with Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop in third with 12.9%.They’re followed by Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-Tenafly) with 7.3%, New Jersey Education Association President Sean Spiller with 7.1%, and former Senate President Steve Sweeney with 5.1%. (NJGlobe)

-Tuition increases several girls schools have notified parents of tuition increasing to $9,000 for the upcoming school year. Others have yet to send out notices.

- Trump visit to Saudi Arabia  signs "strategic economic partnership" with Saudi Arabia.Elon Musk showed up too. President Trump received a horse escort as his motorcade arrived at the Saudi Royal Court in Riyadh. The visit is expected to result in agreements that could bring billions of dollars in investments to the United States.

Executives from BlackRock, Palantir, Blackstone, Citigroup, Qualcomm, and IBM are also in attendance for a major investment summit. The U.S. and Saudi Arabia signed a record $142 billion defense deal as part of a $600 billion investment package sealed by Trump and MBS in Riyadh. Unbelievable.

Frum Investors Partner With Steve Witkoff In $245 Million Beit Shemesh Land Deal

Avi and Eli Schron, Schron and current heads of Cammeby’s International Group, are among the lead investors in a significant real estate acquisition near Beit Shemesh, Ynet reports.The brothers are backing a $245 million purchase of half the land at Beit Jimal 110 acres of a total 220-acre property just outside the city. - As few as three air traffic controllers were working at Newark Liberty International Airport Monday evening, according to a published report. That’s 11 fewer than the targeted amount for that time period, The New York Times reported. On Monday, during the shift that typically runs from 3 to 10 p.m., the group that manages Newark air traffic from Philadelphia was operating with only one or two fully certified controllers, sources told the publication.

- A Sephardic rabbi from the southern city of Netivot is planning on establishing a new ultra-Orthodox party to compete with Shas on a national level. Rabbi Chaim Yosef Abergel’s new party will be named “Mayim Chaim”  and will support the introduction of secular studies into the ultra-Orthodox school curriculum as well as military service for Charedim.
