- Gov Phil Murphy was in Lakewood on Friday hosting a roundtable event that was not publicized ahead of time where he rallied against President Trump,Assemblyman Avi Schnall was in attendance among other local individuals.

Congressman Chris Smith  commented on Gov. Murphy's Meeting in Lakewood: "Governor Murphy is Attempting to Orchestrate a Hit Job on President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act"

During the roundtable at The Strand Theater in Lakewood, Murphy railed against a narrowly passed House bill that state officials say will eliminate $3.6 billion a year in federal Medicaid funding for New Jersey, jeopardizing health insurance for more than 300,000 residents.
"It's pretty darn clear and you're going to hear the stories that these cuts will drill a hole right through these families and these individuals," Murphy said. "It will not stop just at hurting the families who are, say, enrolled in Medicaid. It will hurt the much broader universe of folks who rely on New Jersey's community health centers, hospitals, nursing homes and on and on and on."

    Now he Joins Phil Murphy to attack President Trump in Lakewood !!!!
    On the very bill that will pass School choice tuition.

    The nerve and chutzpah to claim that he is representing Lakewood.
    As for the fake news about Medicare cuts the Ocean County Republicans spoke to congress who said there no cuts at all only a work requirement for able bodied men due to fraud

      We should also let people know that JG is against private schools and tax deductions for those that send to private schools. He promised to fight Trump's new tax bill and is against school vouchers in NJ. This will affect the entire Lakewood community!!
