- With 11 days to go, and over 692,000 New Jerseyans have requested to vote by mail for the Primary. With over 249,000 mail ballots returned so far.

- Ocean County commissioners walk back concerns over proposed Medicaid cuts  they were assured that the Medicaid changes would target only waste, abuse and fraud

According to state data, more than 25% of Ocean County’s total population is enrolled in Medicaid, which is administered as NJ FamilyCare in New Jersey. That includes 99,409 children living in the county, all according to data from the state Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. “Basically, the bill does not affect pregnant women, children, seniors, people with disabilities,” If the bill becomes law, some able-bodied adults would be required to maintain employment, perform community service or take job training classes of some kind to remain eligible for Medicaid (APP)

Rav yitzchok sororzkin  shlita said over  that after the fire at Telz yeshiva 60 years ago the rosh yeshiva said it was a maaseh soton to  break their spirits and cause bitul Torah it happened on the shloshim of Rav Aaron Kotler where the yetzer hora tried to shvachen up the olam HaTorah  the yetzer hora does this when he sees that the yeshivos are shteiging in learning  and here too we have to be mechazek in limud haTorah and not get distracted.

 Rav Lazer Berl  shlita spoke divrei chizuk to the yeshiva Bochurim he said i came to be menachem all of you we have to be comforted this was maaseh Hashem and not mikra or a coincidence   and we can not question hashem's middos, we believe with a strong emunah that HKBH is in full control and everything he does is emes. He spoke  to all those bochurim that are having a hard time now reacting to the tragedy and said we cant give up  or be מייאש we have to have emunah that this was all from Hashem. He said over from The paterson Rosh hayeshiva rav Elya Chaim shlita who should have a refuah shelima (following an accident in Lakewood) said over  from rav Boruch Ber  ztl who ran to say shiur after a personal tragedy  when his younger brother was niftar and that tekufah of those shiurim were on fire and exceptional we cant be meyaash or give up he asked that the bochurim strengthen saying birchas krias shema.

Rav Yisroel Neuman shlita said he doesn't believe that there's less than one percent of bochurim who don't say krias shema bizman he said we were hit with such a tragedy right before shavuos  now in shloshes yemei hagballah we should rise up and have an oppurtunity t obe mekabvel the ol Torah and Yiras hsamyim we have a loving father in shamayim let us take on to have a hergesh for mesikas haTorah
