I have gone to the town and paid a portion of my full bill many times if I didnt have the full amount. As for the cost of the convenience paying online. During corona this was the only way many can pay. If they can decide to use taxpayer money without asking us to pay the rent to a few landlords, they can forgo a service fee that benefits all taxpayers that need to use the system. It would also encourage taxpayers to pay up faster which would ultimately bot cost as much. My goal is to find solutions that benefit the most people possible. Not just a select few. This is something that can help every taxpayer, whether they choose to take advantage of the convenience or not.
If they would care about the tenants, they would not have put an ordinance on the township agenda to abolish the Rent control Board. Such a chutzpah and a slap to the face of the oilam hatorah!
No. I dont think ads can properly convey what everybody already knows. We needed change 10 years ago. This is our last chance. Everybody spread the word.
