  1. Did the police officers have a warrant

  2. if u put up a simple sign that says no tresspassing members only - the cops wont come in and they dont mind . because the police have no interest in enforcing social distance. its a win win

  3. If the DINA DMALCHUSA (state law) requires masks, it would seem that each Morah Dasrah should be obligating their Tziburs compliance and see it is enforced. Police enter and find non-compliance is bad, but not the true issue.

    1. It would seem that you are a grubbe am ha'aretz. Dina D'malchusa applies to monetary laws. Not what to wear and when. And lets not mention that it is unconstitutional to mandate masks for a pandemic that's over.

    2. Anon 9:47,

Only monetary laws you say? So you don’t have to obey traffic laws or the thousands of other non-monetary laws in your foolish opinion?

One more question for you; Why do you speak in such an unrefined, grubbe am-haaretz’dike tone to others?

Perhaps you skipped mussar seder this zman due to the pandemic? But in your own words; the pandemic is over - so stop playing hookey during mussar seder and learn to talk nicely.

    3. You need to obey them not to cause a sakana to others, but not because of dina dmalchusa dina. DM"D is a tool that Bais Din can use to declare ownership of property or adjudicate financial disputes. It does not obligate a private to person to follow the laws of the ruling municipality.
We have seen so many people throw around halachos in this pandemic. When they like what the Rav says then they scream that even Rabbi so and so agrees. But when they don't like what he says they ignore him, or worse criticize. Everyone has a bferushe website that they use as proof against the Rav. Kudos to those Rabbanim that remained level headed throughout and weren't intimidated by others.

    4. This is not a matter of opinion. It is a question of where dina d'malchusa applies. (no one said you should not obey traffic rules). I reiterate. You are a grubbe am haaretz and also not very smart. And also very gullible, naive, brainwashed, shvere mentch , and condescending. And many more horriblr things.

Does that suit you ? hmmm ?

    5. If the Moroh Dasreh job is in Jeopardy (for enforcing socia/masks) then its doiche the dina demalchushe dinim. Job is Boidneh - noigayah to his immediate Parnooseh. Dinim are a veiteh sofek and he still keeps his job.

    6. ... for a pandemic that's over....
      Says who??

    7. It's not Dina demalchusa if it's an unconstitutional order - which it is.

    8. Unbelievable!
U are the lamden to decide who is an am haaretz. U are the rav to decide issues of dina dmalchusa. U are the doctor to declare the pandemic over. U are the meiven to call others gullible. U are the U.S. Supreme Court to say unconstitutional. Is there anything that u are NOT an expert in?!

    9. Why are you people just hocking, why don't you ask your Rav who is more knowledgeable than you.

    10. Why are you people just hocking when you can ask your local Rav if Dina Demalchusa Dina.

  4. 500 people can march on Clifton avenue shoulder to shoulder with the cops and no social distancing but 15 people spread apart in a shul get a visit from the cops because a few did not have a mask on.

  5. The 2 LPD officers were not wearing masks when they came to Anshei Sfard last night complaining about no masks (only 2-3) and more than 10 people were there.

It was actually an indoor unity protest for Floy, so amounts and distancing don't matter

  8. How can LSTA charge parents $150 for transportation but not have busing for 4 months why are they not paying back the money prorated to parents.

    1. How can you ask the same question every day for months.

      Delete
    2. This question will be asked until there is a real answer of where all the money is going Its public tax money there should be full accountability when you take money from people. You raise taxes for busing and on top of that you charge $150 for non mandated even for hazardous routes that should not be charged.
WHY IS THERE NO REFUND OF THE LSTA MONEY?????

      Delete
    3. Because the bus companies are still getting paid. It's the same answer you've heard for months.

  9. Once again... The bus companies are getting paid....

    1. There are roads that are officially declared hazardous by the town and it's impossible for kids to walk to school but the LSTA is still charging a fee and calls it non mandated when according to the law it should be mandated even within 2 Miles.

      Delete
    2. The LSTA doesn't get funded for hazardous roads, they only get funding for kids that live more than 2 miles from school, therefore they need to charge the 150 help pay for a child that isn't being funded at all.

I hear your complaint that if it it's hazardous for a child to walk to school they should receive funding. But it has nothing to do with the LSTA, take it up with Trenton.

    3. It has nothing to do with Trenton. The LSTA should have brought this up from the beginning. Lakewood kids were better off without the LSTA because they also received hazardous busing now kids who should be eligible are instead paying $150 per child for something that should be covered. At the same time public school kids dont pay the 150 fee and the township raises taxes to sponsor it

    4. It's just amazing how you keep on sewing the same nonsense . The State cancelled all courtesy busing including what you call hazardous busing . Without the Lsta we would have 20000 kids doing carpool. Keep repeating the same thing all over again .

  10. would ne nice if there was transportation now its crazy to do all these drop offs and pick ups now
