Jay Bhattacharya accused Anthony Fauci of failing to be transparent about his private concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy. Bhattacharya says Fauci owed the American public greater transparency. - In a 6-1 decision, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that municipality is not required to specify the purpose for seizing property through eminent domain, and can simply acquire property for the "public good." The case involved an attempt by Seaside Park Borough to seize a shuttered motel which was previously condemned and saw nearly 1,000 police-related calls to the property over a six year period, for all sorts of complaints including assaults, dead bodies, drug overdoses and sales, noise complaints, stolen vehicles, criminal mischief, and a counterfeit money operation.(Onejersey)
