  1. Lakewood Bnei Torah do not do silly things like Havdalah with a guitar; that’s for Tom’s River TYH shallow people who crave pop spirituality and fool themselves that this is what ruchniyus is. One of those clowns actually posted a video of themselves playing guitar at rav Boruch Ber”s kever in Vilna, delusional that is proper Kavod instead of repeating one of his shtiklach Torah or reciting tehillim. They use these kevarim as props to showcase their boorishness and shallowness.

  3. Eli 9:26 ‐ are you aware that Rav Boruch Ber was a baal menagein who composed his own hartzig niggunim? I wouldn't be so quick to assume that he wouldn't have appreciated a guitar accompanying an appropriate nigun for a group that understands his makom among the ma'atikei shamua.

    2. At Rav Schneur's Sheva Brahos, Reb Shlomo led kumzitz with, of course his guitar. Related by R Aharon Kotler.

    3. There is zero chance Rav Boruch Ber would’ve played guitar by anyone’s kever nor would he sing any songs. This is a pagan practice which was unheard of by frum yidden till several years ago. The fact that Rav Boruch Ber composed and sang niggunim on yomim tovim or at simchos or that carlebach played guitar before committing terrible aveiros has nothing to do with having a kumzitz with a gadols kever as your makom bizayon whether at rav Boruch bers kever or Rav Hirsch’s kever where these clowns have done similarly. They use only kever with a possible justification to play guitar is carlebach; anywhere else is a desecration.
