Murphy signed a WIC bill that Permits online purchase of eligible foods using WIC funds and use of WIC funds for grocery delivery charges. An earlier version of the bill would have allowed carry over of funds from one month to the next but it was stripped out of the final version.

I greatly admire Elise Stefanik for her courage, honesty and ethos. According to Wikipedia, Stefanik is Roman Catholic. And honestly, for the position she took in the Congressional hearings, I sure am glad that she did her questioning from that unbiased vantage point as a member of umos haolam. It just had so much greater credibility because it was truly objective.
