On the Agenda:
Contract renewals  appointments and new positions created. out of district tuition etc..
- contract for School Food Service Management for the 2019-2020 school year, to Sodexo Management Inc. The district will receive an annual financial return  of $790,816.39 including the commodity credits for the 2019-2020 school year.
-$277,704.00 food service contract for the local Charter school
-$18,000 contract  monitoring for Food Service Operations (deducted from Sodexo contract)
-$79,892.50 for repair and replacement of curbing at Lakewood High School.
- $39,999.00  Nonpublic School Home Instruction Services for the 2019/2020 school year
-$31,500 to replace drop ceiling tiles at the Lakewood Middle School
- $239,500.00 discounted cost  Asphalt removal and replacement of theEarly Childhood Center II parking lot on Ridge Ave.

-$38,000.00 deliver, plant and fertilize  (117) 6-7’ Green Giant Arborvitae along the fence line at the Lakewood Early Childhood Center Campus
- $28,579.41 to supply and install fencing at the Lakewood Early Childhood Center Campus
- $111,540.00  Site Remediation for Underground Storage Tank Closures at Ella G. Clarke, LHS
- $57,881.00 to purchase a Bobcat 5600 for maintenance use on district grounds
- $3,500.00 for appraisel  to determin property value of  Block 209, Lot 1.01
- $333,740.00   to replace existing wood decks and ramps with Aluminum ADA decks and
ramps at Campus 2 by Mobil Lease Modular (Recommendation for the safety of students by EI Associates.


-Approve the 2019-2020 nonpublic related services (OT,PT and Speech) at the NPSSP,
NPSSP extension, Mekor Hachinuch, Service Center not to exceed $405,000. As per
the recommendation of the Program Supervisor Adina Weisz. Provided there are appropriate funds.
Pending Attorney review and approval, as to compliance with Federal and State Law.

- Approve to extend the NPSSP for the 2019-2020 school year with the following changes
provided the appropriate funding is available, and provided the contract contain the “new”
Board of Education Contract Language. The changes are based on need and surveys, etc...
 Pending Review by General Counsel and agreed upon contractual terms.
A. The addition of 2 more preschool classes
B. Additional Kochvei Ohr program ( Autistic ) There are currently 3 classes.
There will be 4 total classrooms. Four classroom not to exceed - $682,200.00
 As per the recommendation of the Program Supervisor, Adina Weisz

-Approved at last meeting Digital Recording and Archiving of District Meetings for the 2019-2020 school year to at a cost of $490 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours and $260 each additional half (1/2) hour.

Adoption of the following official Newspapers and New Sources for the 2019-2020 school year: Asbury Park Press (APP), The Star Ledger, the Lakewood Scoop.

    The Boe said they were done with it where is the money coming from

  2. Spend hard earned tax money like water while they get big fat salaries and poor Lakewood residents are left holding the bag as boe and town officials raise taxes again.
    Giving 2 million from municipal budget to courtesy busing for public school while non public have to pay for it
