Kiryas Viznitz gets DEP approval for Flea Market Site in Lakewood

The NJ DEP said they will issue  a permit for construction at the site of Route 70 Auction & Flea Market, after initial concerns that Lakewood's  water supply couldn't support the added construction of homes. APP reports.
The Lakewood Township MUA will purchase more water from NJ American water that will cost the Lakewood customers  $21 more per year by 2021, increases partly necessary to cover those costs. according to officials of the Lakewood Township Municipal utilities authority.

The project will include 166 townhouses with basement apartments, for a total of 332 housing units, retail building and a 10,000-square-foot community building. Developers say that the Flea Market will remain open through the season as they first plan to start construction later next year. read more at APP
