Nothing wrong with a kasrus org bringing awareness.
ReplyDeleteWhy should KCL publish information about any other halls? They published a list of halls under THEIR hashgacha! Finally someone minding their own business!
ReplyDeleteBecause by doing so they make it seem like other halls have a problematic hashgacha while theose other halls are just as kosher or maybe better than kcl and everyone in Lakewood makes weddings there.
DeleteReally the best held secret of a hashgocho who only one or two establishments were zoche to receive is better than hechsheirim recognized by the wider tzibur!
DeleteOh maybe you are the one who is running that imported out of town hashgocho agency.
bigger problem is when they put an ad that a certain store no longer under our hashgcha, implying not kosher, when they just changed hashgschot.
DeleteOr a bet din issuing a srruv cause a party wants another din.
Threre is more inventory to purchase homes. Please stop with the bidding wars. Dont listen to the re agent saying to do so they can make a commision. Mortgage rates have gone up. Be smart Buy smart dont bid up the price on these homes.
ReplyDeleteSounds like some funny business with lawyers to hire for the BOE vacancy. They will hire a replacement as there are numerous firms that would gladly take the job.
ReplyDeleteWhat's in it for any firm? They get the contract for a year or two, and then they get major reputational damage, as it'll be show the difference in how many cases the BOE lost with the new firm and how much more it costed the taxpayers.
DeleteIf BOE causes any problems, those who stand to benefit will stir up the community with typical shouts of 'anti-semites'
DeleteGo Inzulbach, I hope they will be forced to rehire you for $2,000,000 s year. Cudis to the local law firm Mafia, and shame on all those who couldn't fargin a Yid from making a good parnasah from this STUPID good for nothing township!!
ReplyDeletePls specify which Satmar, R ZL from Williamsburg or Aaron from Monroe?
ReplyDeleteIf you gotta ask…
DeleteYes the real estate agents are the ones misguiding Yungerlite to overpay for junky homes around the outskirt communities in Lakewood, when actually nicer homes are available at same price much closer to Lakewood!
ReplyDeletespread the word dont bid over list price. Do not listen to RE agents telling you to put 'escelation clause' etc You are overpaying. There are plenty of houses available to buy. Mortgage rates are high. Dont overpay
ReplyDeleteI was at the satmer (williamsb) expo in Edison. They are promoting Lakewood purchases (Howell, Jackson) to investors thank you to satmer for raising the price . Now, they also promote "moving out" of central williamsburg and deveop new neighborhood like blooming grove. however, purchase is limited to "anash' and those who will live there personally, not investors
ReplyDeleteso in other words, the satmer investors buy "lakewood yungelite" houses and rent out to "unzere" for top dollar!
No one os sticking up for us we were sold out
DeleteI was there too, and saw no mention of Lakewood or Howell at all, but much mention of Blooming Grove.
Delete4:43 -- isn't that the RYs job, or the Vaad?
Deletehaha I totally made this up to see the comments!
Deleteall not true

ReplyDeleteA litvak is stuck, while the chussid makes the buck!! Lol
ReplyDeleteWe had our chance , and we blew it. In another few years Lakewood will be BP the second and the Yeshiva will have to look for fresh ground.
ReplyDeleteWilliamsburg was also litvish before
DeleteYeshiva will have to look -- and laugh all the way to the bank with their profit on selling to highest bidder.
DeleteWe could have done the same thing a number of years ago. Rabonim and Rosh yeshivas were told years ago that this needs to be done but everybody shrugged their shoulders. When we were smaller we could have made takings that nobody can be a member in any shul if he buys a house fir a price not approved by a vaad ,like in Gateshead. Now it's too late. We made the local aino yehudim rich with inflated prices when only hidden were the buyers .
ReplyDeleteYou probably also want to introduce the communist manifesto, and government controlled prices on all food, homes, etc, right? That really worked well in the Soviet Union, didnt it?
Deletebut it does work for Satmar and Skver?
DeleteOm not looking to control normal prices. But what happens in frum areas is not normal. Houses that are worth 600k in normal areas nearby shouldn't go to 1.5 million because we all have to walk to Shul . Nothing to do with Russia.
DeleteThey were sitting so smug
