It's really sad what's going on in the bais havad, b"h we have some chashuva people like reb eli ber shlita who are not scared to stand up to this bais havad mafia, in short the biggest issue is that these dayanim have literally 0 yeras shamayim they are intellectual people which instead of studying in Harvard they learnt some halacha,0 harivanya 0 shvitzing, chazal say all over that lemud hatorah is not studying law in university you have to harveh and shvitz and not just memorize some halacha, im telling you any random bal habas that wakes up early in the morning to learn or stays up late at night to learn has more yiras shamayim than any of these clowns as they are shvitzing a lot more to learn Torah which ultimately brings yiras shamayim
ReplyDeleteSo the answer to the question everybody is asking, that where is their pachad to pasken such a chamurdike inyan by themselves instead of bringing it to the posek hador R Moshe sternbuch shlita, even it would be black and white ( which it happens to be the opposite of that) Is simple, if you have no yiras shamayim so why not they have a pesak that seems right to them so why not let's go for it...
If this is all so clear, why don't you sign your name?
DeleteWhat a rant!
DeleteBut when did the מועדים וזמנים become the posek hador?
Reb Dovid Cohen Shlita is one of the gedolei hador, a Yarei Shamayim, and world class poseik.
Delete(Even Shach Alter is maskim to this.)
Ha.Who what where when
DeleteWow since when does a reputable bais din in Lakewood needs to justify their psak??Sounds like some serious sour grapes. They have their reasons and research and paskined why they did. Nobody from Lakewood has come out against them. Time ot move on woth the baius Havad propaganda.
ReplyDeleteSince when do you try to overthrow a bais din because you don't like a psak. Dangerous precedent
ReplyDeleteA:When they were/are illegitimate to begin with
Deleteit seems like the one thing everyone can agree on is that none of this tumult has anything whatsoever to do with the kohen case and is all about unrelated things certain people have against the bais havaad.
ReplyDeleteNot necessarily. May have been more blatant or the makeh b'patish
ReplyDeleteAnon 5 51 is 100 Percent right if you know anything about the Bhvaad Couldn't of written it better
ReplyDeleteSince when do you go and question the yichus of a frum family??
ReplyDeleteWhy did they even take the ca$e and pasken on the kehuna
if that is true, which it's not, why only go after the bais havaad and not the rav from flatbush or the rov from chicago or the rov from los angeles or the senior posek of bmg who gave the heter?
DeleteMavericks can be easily ignored
Deletewho is a maverick?
DeleteThe Badatz in Yerushalayim REFUSED let R Sternbach be the Gavad Yerushalayim, why then do many keep referring to him as posek hador!?
ReplyDeleteBecause he is the poseik hador.
DeleteTheir organizational promotion
