-Egyptian diplomatic sources told the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar: Cairo officially informed the US and Israel of its "absolute refusal" to establish the humanitarian city in Rafah, because, according to it, this "threatens the articles of the peace agreement signed in 1979, which prohibits harm to the security arrangements agreed upon in the border areas."
-US Secretary of State Marco Rubio tells reporters that Washington is “very concerned” by the fighting in Syria between various ethnic groups that has also led to Israeli strikes against regime forces. “We want the fighting to stop,” Rubio says, adding that the US is in touch with all relevant parties in order to bring the conflict to an end. “Hopefully we’ll have some updates later today.”

-Netanyahu: My Druze brothers, citizens of Israel. The situation in Sweida and southwest Syria is dire. The IDF, air force, and other forces are in action. We're working to save our Druze brothers and eliminate regime gangs. Now, I have one request for you. You are Israeli citizens. Do not cross the border. You're putting your lives at risk. You could be killed, kidnapped, and you’re hindering the IDF’s efforts. So I'm asking you, return to your homes. Let the IDF do its job.
-Defense Minister Israel Katz announces that the IDF will continue to attack al-Shara's forces in Syria: The Syrian regime must leave the Druze in Sweida alone and withdraw its forces.
The Zionists now want to fight on behalf of Arabs, they want to close down yeshivas and put our bochurim lives on the line so they defend Druze Arabs versus Bedouin Arabs, what difference does it make it to us? Woe is us we have the medina in our dor we had in the 1940's Germans, then Stalin, now the Zionists they will have the same downfall
ReplyDeleteI just heard a shiur on Parshas Pinchas which spoke about how a kana'i is supposed to act. They are supposed to act because of immense love of Hashem, as Pinchas did. They are not supposed to act out of hatred. Even though you sometimes make valid points, you are not the kind of Kana'i that Hashem approves of, as He did with Pinchas. Pinchas was a grandson of Aharon HaCohen, who was oheiv shalom and rodef shalom and he emulated his Grandfather. I'm afraid that You, my dear Kana'i are very far from that madreiga.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he keeps it going out of tough love
