- Hamas tells mediators it won’t resume ceasefire talks until hunger crisis addressed while Witkoff, Huckabee to tour Gaza food distribution sites Friday as US plans to ramp up aid

- Israeli Political source: There is no continuation or expectation of negotiations. We are moving towards the following steps, which are expected to include a massive military operation.

- C14: Drama in the negotiations with Hamas - talks are on the verge of collapse. A political source said a few minutes ago: "Hams has disconnected and is not interested in conducting negotiations. There is no one to talk to on the other side." Another political source says: "Unfortunately, there will be no deal, it seems it's over."

- President Trump: “The fastest way to end the humanitarian crisis in Gaza is for Hams to surrender release of the hostages!!!”

- Serious incident in the Gaza Strip that could have ended at a heavy price: 12 Hamas terrorists set an ambush near a logistics route; the IDF estimates: they intended to kidnap soldiers. The terrorists waited in ambush while covering themselves with blankets to make identification difficult. -27 Democratic senators voted last night in favor of a resolution in the US Senate to prevent the sale of M16 rifles to the Ministry of National Security in Israel. This is the highest number of Democratic senators voting in favor of a resolution to stop arms sales to Israel. In a similar vote in April, only 15 Democratic senators supported stopping arms sales to Israel

The resolution was brought by Bernie Sanders and defeated by 70 senators.

- US President Donald Trump threatened Thursday that Canada’s decision to recognize a Palestinian state could impede ongoing, intensive talks over a US-Canadian trade deal.

“Wow! Canada has just announced that it is backing statehood for Palestine. That will make it very hard for us to make a Trade Deal with them. Oh’ Canada!!!” Trump wrote on Thursday, in one of several Truth Social posts on trade.

- Steve Witkoff meets with Netanyahu today

-USA: Sanctions against senior officials in the Palestinian Authority and PLO members. The violations include initiating and supporting actions in international organizations that undermine and contradict previous commitments, including UN Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338, as well as attempts to bring the conflict with Israel to bodies such as the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Continued support for terrorism – including incitement and glorification of violence (especially in textbooks) – and providing payments and benefits to Palestinian terrorists and their families also constitute serious violations.

The United States has decided to impose sanctions that prevent the issuance of visas to PLO members and senior officials in the Palestinian Authority.

- Lebanese Al-Akhbar newspaper: Disagreements between Hams and Egyptian senior officials have reached their peak in the last two days, against the backdrop of what Hams describes as an excessive Egyptian media campaign regarding the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip through Egypt. While Cairo claims that it “is investing every possible effort to facilitate the passage of trucks,” Hams claims that many of these trucks are looted and that the number presented in Egyptian media is inaccurate and exaggerated, serving the Israeli narrative that clears it of starving Gaza Strip residents
