ReplyDeleteAll Rav Mattisyahus work is thrown out the window by our own mosdos, forcing everyone to go on the internet
what a bizayon for Lakewood
Did you write this comment on paper?
DeleteReality is it was chaos from the get-go. It was quite obvious back then what the internet revolution was going to be, and that practically every transaction will be over the internet. Still besides bringing a bit of attention to the problem never was there a practical solution of how to deal with it. Filters at no point in time were adequate, and never worked well regardless. Honestly there was never a plan or a vision......
DeleteThe Mashgiach warned against these bus companies way before the internet.
DeleteWhere are our in-house TDS sufferers who claimed Trump turned on Israel, and that those of us who said he didn't , were living in a cult???
ReplyDeleteDid Trump force a disastrous ceasefire on Israel or not?
DeleteDid the facts change because he said something nice about nothing?
You are in fact living in a cult

DeleteIf Artscroll such a empire as it seems to be with 10 high tech printers running 20 hours a day, why did the English Shas have to have so many high profile donors?? They must be sitting on piles of cash!!
ReplyDeleteWhat's the cost of running those printers? More importantly, what's the cost for all the translaters? Each daf had several people hired to translate, which was then completed by Rabbi Manilowitz? The cost is quite large. The quality of the printing is also superb.
DeleteThen there's advertising and all the layout people. Please do an accounting for us and let's see if, indeed, they are sitting on piles and piles of cash.
Sadly the divorce rate is higher than that stat
ReplyDelete29 divorces and many separated awaiting their divorce.
ReplyDelete" that's a .9 percent divorce rate within first 3 years of marriage"
ReplyDeleteNo, that's the rate of those married in the last 3 years. You'd have to wait another two-three years before you can know how many divorced within their first three years.
"Percentage wise that is 12 for every 1200 marriages."
Assuming that's referring to the .9% number, it's actually just under 11 of every 1200.
If they today are putting out 10,000 mesechtas a day so many years AFTER the Shas was finished, yes they are sitting on piles and piles of money!!
ReplyDeleteDo you truly believe that they're printing 10,000 per day???
DeleteIn the video he says they print the equivalent to 10,000 mesechtas a day
ReplyDeleteArtscroll - mega million company!
