ReplyDeleteI am so tired of this "Inzelbuch saves us money" lies. First of all, just by opposing me might have put two more years on my litigation, each year being $100 million dollars of addition debt. Look at this documents the state produced at trial.
ReplyDeletehttps://arthur2240.ipage.com/documents/Placements%20in%20Unapproved%20Schools.pdf.
See the second or third page with the Sinatra report. You can see that hundreds of kids were put in unapproved settings in the early 2010s. Who was boss then?
Now look the next chart. When he was in private practice 2012-17? By information and belief (because he inferred it to be true so at the trial), he took most of those kids and defended their illegal placements.
https://arthur2240.ipage.com/documents/State%20Docs.pdf
Since the stay put rule puts the burden on the district once a kid is placed, you can't essentially can't move him even if the placement was unapproved. Those were easy cases and people think he saved the district money. Even if he did, which he did not, (I could beat him if I was running the district all things even) it's a bizayon for the public to give in. "Millions for defense, not a penny for tribute" is America's motto.
Since it was almost impossible for the district to win, the district had to fork out $10 million to settle with the kids and take them out of the system for a couple years. Once out of the system, they lost the stay put presumption and did not even bother reentering the district. THIS COST YOU $10,000,00. And I know it was him because he yelled at the judge that she approved those settlement as if he was the lawyer in court. I have it all ins the transcripts. AL
I just want to add that responsibility rest with the citizens of Lakewood that take their marching orders to the polls. This is something I never understood since I came here in 1985. And now I have been bitten by the corrupt system without a job. Like I said, it is gam zu l'ova because not a one of them will be calling me up for a stupid "favor." It is not the people (although they are dumb) that need to be replaces, it is the deep-state in Lakewood telling people who to vote for. Unheard of and idiotic.
DeleteThe BOE goofed up horribly by putting all those kids into illegal placements. Did not take a rocket scientist to know they were going to get in trouble. Then the BOE boss, by information and belief (based on what the state presented at trial, all the reports the state delivered to me, and how the BOE attorney reacted to the evidence in court), got paid to clean up the mess to the tune of $10 million. Does anyone in Lakewood care? Not enough. Does anyone care that the bottom will fall out of your home values? Maybe one third of the people who voted for alternate people but it should be 99% of the people. It is a no-brainer. The other two thirds just took their orders from the very people they are supposed to be holding accountable. Bizarre. This place is hick, juvenile, and the way we do business is weird, like bullies in a schoolyard, yet everyone thinks they are so smart (with their sixth grade education).
The problem is that you need to learn effective communication. And a first step would be learning grammar to be able to properly communicate.
DeleteUntil that happens, people will tune out.
This is the second time you questioned my writing. I have the best teacher for writing a perfect brief in my co-counsel. As for this blog,. it is not grammar but typos. Also, yes run-ons, lots of commas, but the main issue is the fact that I am not proofreading. It is not so important because sometimes it is better not to read what I write about the deep state in town and just sit back knowing that there is going to be change.
DeleteAnd why do you write "learn effective communication" and ."learning grammar?" I am a school teacher and attorney at law. The respectful way of saying it would be, "Can you please proofread?" "You're writing hard to follow." But to assume that I did not yet learn how to write is wrong.
DeleteI find Grammarly to do an excellent job.
DeleteIf the objective is to persuade people, it is imperative.
Thank you. I can try better by cutting and pasting onto Word and proofreading, and then pasting back to this blog. As for persuading people, that is less important than allowing me to stand on the soapbox. Whatever happens will not be democratically decided, but judicially ordered. If the people of Lakewood keep on reelecting bumps on a log, and if their leaders drop the ball when the Court sends the matter to the legislature to fix the formula, that is not my doing. I don't work for Lakewood anymore, I don't have to rely upon the gangsterlach on THE IGUD (someone is making the decisions for the mosdos and it is not Weisberg or the Rosh Yeshiva) for a deserved promotion, so what people think is not so important to me anymore. Either way, as long as the sheep follow the evil practice of letting others tell you who to vote for, and it is evil, the district will just follow promote the mediocre, subservient and incompetent, and punish innovation, brilliance, qualification and experience. The oilam HAS TO eat the result of its pusillanimous abandonment its manly duty of participating in public affairs and holding accountable those with power, those that affect the lives and parnasa of others, those whose actions cause the severe loss of yiddishe and goyish mamanos and property value.
DeleteAs you have been told many times, the reason the 'oilam' votes for the Va'ad's candidates is because most people don't vote. Those who vote are the Va'ad's people, because the others have never been offered an alternative. If you want to change that, bring a candidate who can campaign effectively, create connections with Rabbanim, and bring their message to the public. The newspapers won't help, and nothing is self-evident. You might be sure your plan is great, but your listeners are not persuaded yet. Read Dale Carnegie, find a way to persuade people.
DeleteThen, when they have a choice, you will either see the Va'ad disappear, or they will change their ways.
Not interested. All I wanted was a promotion to an executive position. That is off the table. Don't need anyone in Lakewood.
DeleteI hope you were one of the 9,000 people who voted for my candidates for BOE.
DeleteThank you Aaron. The Lakewood corruption farce continues.
ReplyDeleteWas this $15MM wired to a bank in Iran or Nigeria or Russia? (And they only managed to stop $8 of it?)

DeleteDid they test DNA for Arab genes?
ReplyDeleteNote, DNA is not a halachic method for other reasons, but at least we'll know its not Jewish.
note, plenty of poskim hold that DNA is a "halacha method"
DeleteActually none do.
DeleteThe problem is, if its halachic, then we'll have many manzerim.
So we reject DNA analysis.
During krias Hatorah, can you please not sing along in my ears so I can be yotze krias Hatorah? You should be maavir sedra over tea during breakfast.

DeleteThese demcrats scream about "protecting democracy" and all they do is diminish it. A duly elected official mayor Adams has the Governor acting as a dictator trying to remove Adams. Then she appoints a babysitter, Adams was never found guilt in a court but it seems liek again the democrats dont need a court they just find people guilt when they find it convenient. The democrats want to tax and charge high tolls to the average joe and poor and middle class, They are going to court to stop President Trump from getting rid of the tolls. The democrats want to stop Elon Musk from making over the corrupt and inefficint government. Do the Democrats care for any of us?
