  1. Check the tomatoes you buy in the store, or the peppers. So much comes from Mexico or Canada, and we did not know about it.
People voted for Trump, voting for increased prices on staples.

And 'bringing down inflation' might be a double-edged sword. Brazil did it, under Milei. But 60% lives in poverty, and the recession there has not helped matters.

Fighting inflation is not the panacea people think it is.

    4. So we are to think long-term, not in the short-term.

Funny, all the complaints about inflation were all about the short-term. As well as the complaints about bail reform and other left wing matters.

    1. In reply to the Rebbe's visit, you idiot.
Of course, the moderator should not be allowing Yiddish posts, what's next, Spanish so the homeless can come crashing into our weddings and parlor meetings?
Of course, Hebrew should be allowed, it's something everyone should understand. But Yiddish is for goyim and maskillim.

    1. Daycares were meant for families where both parents work full time and needed a place that has long hours. Since CHS started here the parents who really need a daycare are forced to pay a fortune just to be able to get a place that accommodates there needs. While someone on CHS pays very little and doesn’t usually need such long hours.

  7. Agudah, like the Vaad, serves as a lobby for wealthy business owners to secure grants. These grants are used to overpay for services, with the primary beneficiaries being the program owners themselves, who in turn support Agudah and similar organizations. The consumers—the ‘hamon am’—are merely pawns in this system.

Why does he have to prove he STILL has the support of 100 rabbis all he should need to prove is that he HAD the support of 100 rabbis i.e. he obtained the heter fairly. If the rabbis are having second thoughts they should learn how to think ahead.....2)The heter at this point is immaterial since a get should be available to her as part of the process.....
