Israel At War Friday Nov 29

 Israel at war day 420

- Israel concerned about Syria: The urgent security discussion in Israel tonight has many worried about the unprecedented situation in Syria. Israeli reporters are saying that from conversations they've been having with senior IDF officials, the security apparatus is "closely following" the rebel offensive.
The offensive, which has severely damaged Iranian/Syrian/Hezbollah forces and militias in the area, is of great interest to Israel. Hezbollah and IRGC units in Syria are busy trying to fight off the attack instead of focusing on Israel.
Doron Kadosh from IDF Radio asserts that Israel should consider whether it is content to watch from the sidelines, or whether this development has an effect on their own military operations in Syria. This is a very rapid and uncertain situation, and Israel will need to make quick decisions on how/if they're going to intervene(Jewish warrior on x)

- Netanyahu will hold a special security discussion tonight on Shabbos  with senior officials on the topic of Syria and Lebanon as the rebels are gaining ground in Syria

- Total collapse of Assad's forces inside the city of Aleppo. The rebels inside the city of Aleppo do not meet any resistance. It seems that all the senior officers of Assad's army, as well as the soldiers, ran away.

Three people were in serious condition, and one in moderate condition.
One person was in critical condition. Hamas took responsibility for the shooting attack.
The terrorist drove from the Tapuach Junction area to the Gitai Avisar Junction — a route with no internal checkpoints — and stopped his car on the side of the road, around 150 meters from a bus stop. From there, he opened fire at the bus while approaching it on foot. He IDF troops stationed in the area returned fire, killing him shortly after the attack began.

- Iranian Foreign Minister blames  recent rebel attacks in Syria as “a US-Zionist plan following the Zionist regime’s defeat in Lebanon and Palestine,” Iran’s state media reports.

- Netanyahu said Thursday that if Hezbollah were to violate the agreement, there would be “intensive war.”,” the response would extend beyond “surgical operations like we’re doing now.”

- The IDF’s Home Front Command lifted all restrictions on gatherings south of Chaifa. The restrictions, which limited the number of people allowed at indoor and outdoor gatherings, were put in place amid heavy rocket fire from Hezbollah.

- Some leaders in Hamas are considering a Gaza hostage-ceasefire deal, in which the IDF would remain temporarily in the Philadelphi Corridor in the Gaza Strip, the New York Times reported on Thursday. According to the Times, Palestinian and US officials believed that Hamas’ political leadership was ready to make a deal after the elimination of Yahya Sinwar last month.

- The rebels in Syria claim to have taken control of the western part of the city of Aleppo. According to various reports, the Russian army was forced to evacuate bases in the area
