The families of the American hostages are imploring President-elect Donald Trump and his transition team to work together with President Biden and his Administration officials to secure the immediate release of the hostages, according to a statement released Wednesday afternoon.

-The IDF has announced that the 162nd Division has completed the separation of North Gaza into two sectors: 
the northernmost area - which includes several tens of square kilometers (Jabalia, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia) is almost wholly evacuated and emptied of civilians and terrorists. The IDF has so far evacuated nearly 60,000 people from it, and according to estimates, only a few thousand remain in the area: 1,000-1,300 in Beit Lahia (expected to be evacuated in the coming days), a few hundred in Beit Hanoun, and a few hundred others in Jabalia.
