CB probably considered Lakewood deficient in depth and lacking holistic comprehensive personality
      Kind of on the spectrum

      Lakewood considered CB
lacking in high Clarity, high logic, straighteness, and overly appreciative of (frummer) olam hazeh
      "Tov Lev mishteh tamid"
minus (half) the chassidish Baal habatish garb was NIMBY

  13. Maybe there was some kind of deal with Maser consulting and their settlement to allow the lawsuit to go through - township is in love w them - weren't they the ones who pushed for the traffic lights installed on first and Clifton? No repercussions for their silly advice as the township continues to hire them for al kinds of jobs..
You have to wonder what kind of outrageous lawsuit they came up with Guardrails were there so cars don't end up in the houses - they weren't there so cars that loose control don't kill the occupants, otherwise we would place guardrails along all roads..
