Harav Mordechai Gross shlita from Eretz Yisrael the gaavad of Chanichei Hayeshivos will deliver a shiur in Yiddish on the topic of Enzymes, Growing substrates and Kashrus automation. Rav Yehoshua Horowitz will speak on Kashrus of the Dairy industries followed by Rabbi Menachem Genack head of the OU Kashrus who will give a shiur in English on Bishul of Basar Vechalav Miderabanan.
