Photos: Lakewood 1940
New, higher resolution, scans of pictures that have been around for a while of the previous Lubavitcher Rebbe in Lakewood in 1940 at the residence of R' Nissan waxman. Photos shared on Facebook by Daas Torah. Rav Aaron Kotler zatzal came to the US in 1941 and opened BMG in 1943.

Rav Waxman was instrumental in bringing in Rav Aharon Z"L along with the White Plains Kollel started by Rav Nosson Z"L, which formed the nucleus of BMG.
