Some say the tefilas Hashla Here today as the shelah hakadosh said that the optimal time for parents to recite this tefilla is Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan because “that is the month when Hashem gave us His Torah, and when we began to be called his children.” since erev rosh chodesh is on Shabbos this year some say it today whil other poskim sau that it can be said on shabbos as it is considered a bakasha for Ruchniyos (Rav Felder shlita) according  R' Eliyashiv zt"l the part related to parnassa should be omitted.
