Iran Israel Updates Tuesday May 12

- Trump: "When the Fake News says that the Iranian enemy is doing well, Militarily, against us, it’s virtual TREASON in that it is such a false, and even preposterous, statement. They are aiding and abetting the enemy! All it does is give Iran false hope when none should exist. These are American cowards that are rooting against our Country. Iran had 159 ships in their Navy — Every single ship is now resting at the bottom of the sea. They have no Navy, their Air Force is gone, all Technology is gone, their “leaders” are no longer with us, and the Country is an Economic Disaster. Only Losers, Ingrates, and Fools are able to make a case against America! President DONALD J. TRUMP"
- Trump: "I'm getting along great with Bibi. We were partners in the truest sense; you wouldn't have had Israel without the both of us"

- Trump on Iran: "They're going to stop. They told me...we're going to get the dust. Iran told me that it was so devastating that no country in the world would be able to have the machinery to be able to get there."

- Trump on Iran: We don't have to rush anything. We have a blockade which allows them no money. It's a very simple thing: we cannot let them have a nuclear weapon — because they'd use it.

- Graham: “I don't trust Pakistan as far as I can throw them. If they actually do have Iranian aircraft parked in Pakistan bases to protect Iranian military assets, maybe we need somebody else to mediate!"

- Israeli troops crossed the Litani River on the outskirts of the southern Lebanon town of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, around 10 kilometers from the border with Israel, during a recent operation against Hezbollah, the military announces.

- Iran official warns country could start enriching uranium to 90% if attacked again

- IDF Spokesperson: The Air Force intercepted an uncrewed aerial vehicle launched from the EAST  a short while ago. No alerts were issued in accordance with policy. The Israeli Air Force is still probing whether a “suspicious aerial target” shot down over the Red Sea earlier was a drone. It is possible that the target was a “false identification,” oftentimes triggered by flocks of birds. As such, the IDF does not yet know the origin of the target.

- The IDF is currently establishing a factory that will produce explosive suicide drones (FPV drones) - for use in all war zones. The goal of establishing the factory is to significantly expand the arsenal of suicide drones that the IDF has, to increase capabilities on the battlefield. IDF estimate: Within two months from today, the factory will begin supplying the army with large quantities of drones, thousands every month, and subsequently even tens of thousands a month.

- The US-Israeli war in Iran has cost the United States $29 billion so far, a senior Pentagon official says, an increase of $4 billion from an estimate provided late last month.

- U.S. Considered Renewed Iran Strikes - Walla News

- According to security sources speaking to Israel’s Walla News, the United States considered resuming strikes across Iran more than a week ago on Saturday, but the move was halted at the last minute. This came amid failed Pakistan-brokered talks and a sense that communication channels with Tehran had been exhausted. However, Israeli assessments say figures in President Trump’s inner circle urged delayed the strikes to allow one final attempt at negotiations before further military escalation. President Trump on Iran: We don't have to rush anything. We have a blockade which allows them no money. It's a very simple thing: we cannot let them have a nuclear weapon — because they'd use it.
