LPD Traffic Alert: NJ DOT Contractor advises that they will be repaving approximately 700 ft of James St tonight from Route 9 toward Williams St at 10 PM - detour is Williams to Prospect.
NJNGAS advises infrastructure improvements on MLK Dr from Cedarbridge to Center St 9 PM. There will be a lane from Cedarbridge to Pine open for Traffic and Detour to get onto Cedarbridge from MLK is Center St
What is the pshat with this new language, “NJ DOT Contractor advises”?
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a way to deflect responsibility from the township and make it seem as if the State requested the work, when in reality this appears to be infrastructure work connected to a development owned by very well-connected developers.
If that’s not the case, then a simple explanation would clear things up. Otherwise, shtika k’hodaah.
