  1. Yeah I've been noticing lately every other car has some kind of damage. At least it's only cars and not humans. Lots of traffic from tomtov shopping/ new school year / slichos.. and of course we can't leave out all the building
with only a few main arteries in this town.. too many frustrated drivers.. please don't tell the township they will send 6 cops to block off shoulders and place cones up to make a whole boatload of more traffic! As someone mentioned there was no need for them by evergreen this past week why didn't someone send them home?

    1. The township and zoning planning boards created this mess and are fully responsible. They will ignore it as much as possible because they are not man enough to admit what everyone in Lakewood warned them would happen. Now you have people getting hit by cars with serious injuries. Yes there are bad drivers and accidents happen but no doubt that what contributes to all this is what they made of the town that does not have the proper infrastructure for the amount of people.

    2. I have family in Lkwd and would never ever drive in the town when I visited. I often wonder about all of these rollovers. It was headlines here when we had our first rollover in 10 years last week. And year there are plenty of minvans and suvs driven here.

  3. So obvious this is right out of Trumps playbook. When you are down in the polls,or made a bad decision in Afghanistan and dont want people talking about it make a sensational headline, remember the Muslim ban?

  4. Hope 14th trafic light has caused a massive bottleneck all the way down CountyLine certain times of the day. IMHO there was no need for that light, if you were really worried about the turn, you could take a side street over to N. Lake & use that light. This new one is a noghtmare. Hope CL corner is an accident factory ask anyone living near. This only agitates the cituation more. Red turning symbols will cause more grid-lock, but possibly save accidents.
Let us see how long it takes until they decommision the new light or make it a flashing stop sign.

  6. The shuk will not take place at the BMG 7th street campus therefore there will be 2 shuks one in the parking lot on Clifton ave between Ninth and Tenth street between Clifton and Lexington. The tent that was at clifton and tenth was across the street on the bais sholom parking lot for Rosh Hashana.

There will be another shuk at The Blueclaws stadium parking lot with the same vendors.

    1. Incorrect. BMG has only one Shuk and it is at 10th and Clifton, someone else is trying to make one at Bluelaws. Not all mochrim will be there, and it will lack the professional expertise which the mochrim have as they cannot be in 2 places.
