-At the Planning Board BMG Campus application neighbors asked but that a agreement not to have an entrance way for a parking lot between 8th and 7th street be added into the resolution, the board denied it saying you have no reason not to trust it. The board approved to convert a house into a yeshiva office and gave a waiver for 8 parking spaces where 22 were required. for future use of the property the applicant will have to come back to the board.
Just another example of the planning (and zoning) board totally ignoring the will of the taxpayers citizens of Lakewood and listening to the 1%.
ReplyDeleteThe night before they totally ignored the hundreds of citizens who oopposed Eagle Ridge and they recklessly approved it without hardly any concerns from the local citizens. A total disgrace. Who is watching out for all us Lakewood taxpayers?
After it’s built and traffic is even more difficult “Ask Mayor Coles” will announce that the township engineer is looking to see what can be done but it’s actually the county and the state that are to blame for the impossible traffic.
