The proposed interim arrangement would suspend enforcement measures against eligible charedi men until a new draft law is finalized.The Arrest Cancellation Law would apply where a sbo hur studies 45 hours at a yeshiva, the rosh yeshiva will sign an affidavit, and a supervisory mechanism is established. It also allows up to 20% absences and provides for retroactive cancellation of arrest orders issued from July 1, 2023.

- NJ Authorities say they found 109 homemade explosive devices and a suspected bomb-making lab at a home in Denville, New Jersey.

Orthodox rabbis and community leaders are urging the MTA to remove advertisements promoting filth, saying the displays are inappropriate for children and families using public transportation. MTA Chairman Janno Lieber said the agency is limited by First Amendment protections and cannot remove ads simply because some riders object to their content.

DeleteThe Brisker Rav was known for completing tehillim whenever he felt it was a eis tzarah.
The minhag in brisk is to go to the kosel, but stay at the back of the plaza. No one here is changing any mesora.
