Reb Naftali was a talmid of Bais Medrash Goviha for over 50 years dedicating his life to Torah learning. known to many as Zukes, he was a shadchan helping many singles with shidduchim and was instrumental in Kiruv aspects with Russian Jewry from behind the iron curtain through the Vaad Lehatzolas Nidchei Yisroel for many years as He produced Hundreds of Russian bnei Torah through his programs.
Through twice-yearly seminars and ongoing efforts, he brought bachurim, bnos Yaakov, and mechanchim to inspire hundreds who had grown up without access to Yiddishkeit. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pessie Cukier; his sister, Mrs. Hinda BenEzra; his children, sons: Yosef Shneur, Dovid, Aharon, Avrohom Yehuda, and Yitzchok. And daughters Mrs. Blima Prag, Mrs. Faiga Gross, Mrs. Chana Brunner, Mrs. Sylky Resnicoff, and Mrs. Dvora Landsman.
The levaya will be held tonight in the BMG Yoshon Bais Medrssh at 10:00 PM with kevurah in Lakewood.
