3. States aren't treif. Aveiros are treif. The State of Israel is evil when it commits evil. It's Rabbanim are not evil.
The issue that arises is when Rabbanim are beholden to a secular Zionist State which has destain for the Torah hkdosha r'l they are not at liberty to implement הלכה. Ultimately, either they leave the Rabbanut or yield to the governments whims r'l
