“Hashem, return us; illuminate Your face and we will be saved.”
Our enemies rage, threatening the Jewish people, especially those living in Eretz Yisroel, with danger, violence, and destruction.
Our chachomim have taught us that when the voice is the voice of Yaakov, the hands of Eisav have no power. In that spirit, we urge the public to respond with heartfelt teshuvah and tefillah, each person turning to Hashem in their own way and capacity to awaken mercy from Heaven so that no harm befalls the righteous and no tragedy enters our communities.
We ask that every kehillah add the following chapters of Tehillim at the end of davening each day until the danger passes: chapters 80, 121, and 20.

- WHY DID ISRAEL STRIKE NOW: From Amit Segal (N12)
Under the guidance of the political echelon, we embarked on a focused and precise operation to remove threats from the entire State of Israel, to damage the nuclear program and the long-range missile firing capabilities of the Iranian regime.
Why now? We have been following developments for years, and recently - we recognize that Iran is racing towards a nuclear bomb.
The project is at a stage where if we do not act now, we will know less every day.
In addition, Iran has thousands of ballistic missiles, which in themselves are an existential threat.
We are also identifying attempts to arm the proxies in the Middle East against the State of Israel.
In recent years, they have begun to formulate a concrete plan to destroy the State of Israel.
We are now in a "strategic" window of opportunity, a point of no return, and we have no choice but to act.
We launched the operation at a point where the threat is real, and in the face of this, our operational readiness is good - we are conducting an ongoing situation assessment.
The operation will evolve as necessary.
We will now launch a campaign asking the public not to send locations of vulnerabilities or to document them, and we will work to provide at least ten minutes' warning before missile firing or any other type of event.
We need to daven and remember this will achieve absolutely nothing since neither Iran or isreal want peace. At least not for a price. we are heading in for a endless Tit for Tat
ReplyDeleteIsrael doesn't want peace?!
DeleteYou forgot your pill regimen tonight.

Iran is a gigantic country no way they can knock out them
ReplyDeleteTry to keep up with the news. Iran is already half way knocked out
DeleteTime for serious Teshuva and Achdus together as one loving nation so Hashem can send Mashiach already bkarov
ReplyDeleteThis achdus business is childish and wrong.
DeleteWe need achdus so we don't have people undermining Klal Yisroel. It isn't magic, it just means that with achdus we won't have people making political decisions, or doing things just to build their power.
If we had that, we would have more success teaching our children, and being mekarev outsiders, and living a true Torah life. Now, we have people doing things to the public שלא לשם שמים, and it is extremely difficult to get anything done.

ReplyDeleteWhy now? Bibi nearly lost his government, The US making a full court press to achieve an Iranian peace deal which will force some sort of concessions from Israel. Israeli public tiring from the Gaza war which has no end in sight. Very opportune. And to the sheeple they can preach that they were days away from achieving a nuclear weapon the same tired argument which he has been arguing since 2002. Sadly they will not finish off the job because they can't and the US will not help them do it at best this will delay I ran from becoming a nuclear power for a bit.
ReplyDeleteAnd now we're finding out that Trump and Bibi faked their public disagreements for the past 2 months to put Iran to sleep. It was all a ruse. The Zionists are winning and you can't stand it. Cry me a river.
DeleteReacting to the Israeli aggression, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei issued a message.
ReplyDeleteThe statement reads as follows,
Great nation of Iran!
At dawn today, the Zionist regime committed a heinous crime on our beloved soil, revealing its evil nature more than ever by targeting residential areas with its wicked and bloodstained hands. The regime must await a severe punishment.
By God's will, the powerful hand of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic will not let it [Israel] go unpunished.
In the enemy's attacks, several commanders and scientists were martyred. Their successors and colleagues will immediately carry on their duties, God willing.
With this crime, the Zionist regime has prepared a bitter and painful fate for itself — and it will undoubtedly receive it.
Now he will be snadwiched like Salami was 1 day after his drasha.

After reports from some Iranian media that an Israeli pilot has been captured, Israel's military has said that it's not true.
A report by Iran’s Tasnim news agency says the country’s air defence has shot down two Israeli fighter jets, and “the pilot of one of these fighter jets, who is a woman, has been captured”.
Avichay Adraee, a spokesman in Arabic for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), says: “Fake Iranian media. This news being spread by Iranian media is completely baseless.”
The BBC has been unable to independently verify either claims.
