HASHKOFA ON CURRENT EVENTS
DeleteMARAN POSEK HADOR RAV MOSHE STERNBUCH
In a shiur given two weeks ago, Rav Moshe Sternbuch discussed the rising concerns over the Iranian nuclear aspirations - which are now the subject of an outright war between Israel and Iran. Rav Moshe clarified that as maaminim we have no reason to be afraid of nuclear weapons, but rather from the behaviour which causes these threats. When the Zionist State declares open war on the Torah and is now engaged in intense efforts to destroy the chareidi community and force shmad upon tens of thousands of Yidden, that is true reason for fear.
Everything else - the news, the politics, the warfare, the diplomacy - is merely background noise.
Last night Motz"sh Reb Michoel Sorotzkin gave Powerful Divrei Chizuk about the war with Iran at the beginning of his weekly Navi shiur.
