  3. Why is millions of dollars going to these health clinics when 3/4 of lakewood are using private doctors. The money should go to all lakewood health professionals who are on the front lines. What was done with the money to fight the virus? the numbers are going up. The politicians keep throwing tax money at the same places who tell us to fill out the census becsuse it will bring more money and grants to lakewood
The average middle class is paying high premiums for health and taxes only goes up. Who is benefiting from all this money.

    1. Right.
The clinic, hospitals, doctors and the Cemeteries just hike or create numbers to get as much govt money as possible.
No one in Lakewood ever got sick, went to hospital or died.
      It one BIG bluff.
      Yea. Right. Go Bluff Go.

    2. At this point I would like HV to start reporting everyday the number of cases of flu, including how many are hospitalized. It's about the same at this point. The flu is also dangerous for elderly.

  5. The clinics charge insurance like the private ones and get double or triple the amount for procedures because it is govt funded. A private doctor will make 15-20 dollars for a throat culture while a clinic can make 150 for the same procedure.

  7. Can you pleas eexplain how the $3,000,000 money from the feds were distributed to the BMG talmidim? They talmidim did NOT receive it.
Yungerleit should get what is rightfully theirs. Other schools in Lakewood who received the feeds money distributed the money to the students. Why didn't BMG do it? $3,000,000

    1. This question was answered here many times. If a student paid his tuition ,then the schools sent him a check. If the student didn't pay tuition, then the school usrd the money to give the student a credit against his tuition balance. Any married Bmg dtudent who actually paid his tuition in full ,will be getting a check .

  9. Breaking.. They are back again askanim and self appointed activists held a meeting last night with hatzolo rabbonim and rosh yrshivas to close down the yeshivos again..stay tuned

    1. Source?
Doubt anyone wants yeshivas closed. While it's possible there was a meeting, it most likely was relating to compliance with the mandate to negate CV a closure of the schools.

    2. If I get ANY threatening phone calls from Hatzalah, rabbonim ( who are forced to comply to the askonim), askonim or any other machers I might sue. Last time, the calls didn't stop. All day long telling everyone how we are rodfim, rotzchim, murderers just for being alive, and orders to do this do that, stay home, dont shop dont go to shul, be on your porch, be off your porch, be hanging from your porch, only ten, only with gloves, maybe more than ten, then back to ten, and on and on. It was disgusting.

Folks, this is it. There is nobody in charge, you are on your own, as you always were. Take care of yourself and your family and as many people as you can. There is no community, no Kehilla, no organizations, nobody cares at all about you. Just lift and run

  12. No one will listen or care about what askanim will say. They can put out statements make robo calls and publish fake letters on the vaad website with fear mongering and drama queen sound bites It makes no difference after the clown show they put on during the onset of coronavirus the total mockery that was made.

    1. Relax. While I am in no way a fan of the vaad, but the askkanim involved put out robo calls for one reason only, to help save the lives in Lakewood. It was only a few short months ago, that people were being niftar in Lakewood and elsewhere. A few short months ago that jersey shore and monmouth medical center did not have any beds available and hatzalah had to transport patients to PA just to get a hospital. Not to long ago every hatzalah ambulance was out of Lakewood have transported Lakewood residents to the hospital with some placed on vents. Only a few short months ago hospital staff did not want to treat frum patients because as the nurses said "they did it to themselves" - which obviously was not and is not true.
The rbsha gives people shichacha- forgetting, so that we can move on with life, but at the same time we can't be reckless.
If you want to go on with your life like it was precovid go ahead, go to a hotspot, and do whatever you want. But please, please , don't be reckless on someone else's chesbon.

    2. Stop with the fear mongering .. several months ago before purim Lakewood askanim were warned that a pandemic was about to hit it was already hitting other jewish communities but they did absolutely nothing the township government was warned that its coming to Lakewood but they did absolutely nothing, patients went to get tested with symptoms but were turned away and sent home infecting others. There were no robo calls or warnings about what was to come. The Lakewood controlled media put out denials that no one is sick with positive coronavirus. Then they woke up when people were dying... it was to late. Don't put faith in career politicians and askanim
