  1. The story as I see it.
We were told that Dr. Zelenko decided to try his medication cocktail, after reading a study that claimed it would work. People thought he was just a doctor doing what he thinks is right. But now we see the truth, that he is a political hack, using medicine to push a political agenda.
The medical establishment believed he was wrong, and said so forcefully, as is their job. For some reason, Trump decided to follow his advice, and publicized that this medication cocktail is effective, as is not his job.
The medical establishment pushed back again, but now they were accused of being 'political', even though they were just repeating what they said before Trump opened his 'mouth'.
Now we see that Zelenko was never an innocent doctor, he too is a political hack. The idea that it was politics that stopped this cocktail from being used, when the truth is the whole idea was political in the first place, is part of the fake news that the right is peddling.

Except that he used the cocktail on his own patients, and it worked! Documented evidence! There's nothing political about using the scientific method and having it proven successful time after time!

    3. Keep spewing this leftist garbage go ahead don't take HQC and go join the murderous governors who sent over 30,000 seniors to their deaths because it will look bad for Trump.
Dr Zelenko is a tzadik a shliach hashem who saved lives but your hatred blinds you and you are willing to risk your life and those of others for some political talking points.

    4. Why should I believe him? He is a right wing politician, using people's lives for his political agenda. He said himself here that he has a political agenda.

Yes, Mr Anonymous 7:21. The Right peddles fake news, as they accuse others of doing it.

I don't hate Zelenko or anyone, I trust the medical community, who know how to research matters and make medical decisions based on medicine. Zelenko shows us that he is a member of the political community, which is not the same thing. He may be a Tzadik, that is neither here nor there.

    5. This was not Dr. Zelenko's study or cocktail, it was based on research in France, China and South Korea. Dr. Zelenko merely touted an existing treatment, one touted by FauxChi himself in treatment of other coronaviruses.

The cocktail also increased survivability in a study by both NYU (which was buried in the press) and the Henry Ford Medical Centers (largest hospital network in MI).

In a poll of frontline Dr's, it was deemed the most effective treatment available.

Why is it that a certain anonymous poster, has no problem using his real name for certain posts, but whenever he posts his anti-Trump leftist political garbage, all of a sudden he is anonymous?.

I can distinguish the poster by his sudden lack of any logical arguments when it comes to his hatred of Trump and love for all things left. Many of the anti-Trump and leftist arguments posed as anonymous on here come from the same person, and on his other social media platforms, he is even more radical

As bad as the representation of some of our local elected officials has been, we may have dodged a bullet

    7. Any unbiased research will show that the medical community is still skeptical about the efficacy and safety of HCQ. Individual studies are insufficient, and the researchers have their methods to figure out what to do with all of the studies together. Medicine has its protocols, and they are geared to save lives. Politics works on sound bytes and short attention spans.

When the person in charge is as smart as his dumbest supporter, we have a problem.

I would love to know what you think my real name is. This sounds like fun.

  2. What a lie !
How dare you print such sewage ?
Dr. Zelenko is a popular Frum Ehrlich Doctor from Monsey .
Ask his patients about him !
He is beloved in Monsey and Kiryas Yoel .

  3. To Anonymous 5:33, I see your point and I, too, am usually suspicious of lone doctors, some of whom have dubious resumes, speaking against the medical establishement, i.e. anti vaxxers. However, with Hydroxychloroquine, I have one thing that gives it more credibility. We all know people who are well now and say they took it. Of course, we know that they may have recovered anyway, but that is what gives me pause, and makes me think that maybe big Pharma is pushing against HCQ. However, I do NOT believe that it's the anti Trumpers who are behind the discrediting of HCQ. I also wonder when I see the frum people supporting one side of an argument only, almost as a group. Doesn't anyone furm have his own opinion that's not Rush Limbaugh's opinion anymore?

    1. I know people who took it and died. I know people who took it and got even more sick.
But neither of us are doctors, so it makes no difference.

  4. This is how low the frum never Trumpers will go they will praise Cuomo and Murphy whose policies caused tens of thousands to die and will badmouth a respected doctor who is saving lives.
Shame on them and on those who support them.
They wrote an open letter to the Torah world attacking Trump this is who they are.

  5. As a covid survivor b"h that took hcq together with zithromax (z-pack) i cantestify that it works. You actually feel it working in your body. Its not magic it took 5 days to start feeling better. But hashem sent the right medications and Dr. Zelanko to promote it.

    1. How do you 'feel' it working? How do you know it is the hcq and not your breakfast coffee making you better?

I too am a Covid survivor, yet I have no idea how I survived it. Maybe the zechus of voting for CLinton in the last election

  6. These comments are very funny. The same guy (Anonymous) has so so many opinions within a 2 hour period. WOW.
And here comes another comment from this anonymous guy.

  7. There are a number of published peer reviewed articles that showed potential of HCQ, others that were cancelled when the data looked promising, and many first hand accounts of it working. The argument that it's generous didn't stop it from being used for malaria for many years. Many dr's were in support of plasma therapy, yet as soon as Trump mentions it, then it becomes junk science. The hate on the left is so obvious, and they're willing to destroy the country on their path of removing Trump.

  8. There are many many studies showing how hcq does not work. One was pulled, right. But many weren't and the medical community still does not trust it.
And nobody said plasma therapy is junk science. That is another case of fake news from the right. The jury is still out on these things, but the right does not have the ability to understand that things don't get decided by sound bytes and politics.

The idiocy on the right is so obvious, they will destroy the country just to reappoint Trump.

    1. So you assume that just because I support the Republican party I don't have the ability to understand. This is why your favorite girl Hillary lost, her deplorables comment had a far reaching impact.

    2. I would love to be proven wrong, but so far republicans are set on proving me right. Inability to understand seems to be a prerequisite for a republican voter. A party of sound bytes, short attentions spans, and fairy tale beliefs.

How is the miracle that will get rid of covid19 coming along? Is it here? Is it the same miracle that got rid of covid 1 - 18?
