7:45- mark: proposal to build 2 apartment buildings with 45 units each 2-4 bedrooms for students of BMG with a research facility on the first floor in the industrial park. It would be allowable in the industrial park even though schools are no longer permitted since it's research. The parcel is near the entrance to the GSP on Cedarbridge avenue by Airport rd. All though it would be tax exempt as a non profit the students bring an economic advantage with a study showing bmg brought $200 million new revenue to lakewood and county.

DeleteAre the dorms with all those young men going to inhale the toxic fumes from the Adjacent cogen plant.their smokestacks are low and when the wind is rite,you can smell and breath the toxic fumes of a Gas fired power plant on Airport Rd. Next to parkway exit
ReplyDeleteAlso nearby in our industrial park,next to this new brilliant,zoning of housing is a very large Chemical Shipping Co. With hundreds of tanket trailers full of Toxic chemicals,you can see 100s of these chemical tankers as you begin your exit off the Parkway,Stupidity beyond compare
