-Approve the repayment of the Title I audit findings from 2011-2012 to the New Jersey
Department of Education in the amount of $3,185,605.00. These funds will be paid out of
the 2018-2019 general fund surplus.-Move to approve the Execution regarding the Emergent Relief Petition, Lakewood Township Board of Education v. New Jersey Department of Education, State of New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, Agency Ref. No. 276-10/18, OAL Dkt. No. EDU 14641-19 approving Robert S. Finger to serve as Interim Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the period of November 1, 2019 thru June 30, 2020 at a rate of $675 per diem, $105 per hour overtime (excess of 7 hours per day) and $95 per hour for collective bargaining
-Approval of the Payroll and Board Share of Fica/Medi and DCRP for December 13, 2019 on the amount of $2,587,085.26.
-Approval of payment of New Jersey State Health Benefit Plan for October 2019 in the amount of $1,715,872.00
