To create duplexes on undersized lots. Required 10,000 square feet – proposed 9,375.00
Appeal # 4096 – 118 Ocean Avenue, LLC – Vine 7 Spruce Street, Block 836 Lot 1 –Block 837 Lot 1, R-40C zone. Use variance to create 10 single family lots with R-12
requirements.

can we please stop issuing variances for any duplexes or town houses?! If your lot currently is big enough for duplex approval then fine if its one foot too small than too bad. I don't get it , is everyone in the township blind ? Each duplex adds at least four more cars . Let them move to jackson or toms river if there isn't enough housing without subdividing every five feet of this town
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who finds it unbelievable that the Chairman of the zoning board is not aware that spot zoning is illegal and actually questions this twice? Aren't they supposed to know basic NJ Land Use Law before taking the job on the board?
